ATTENDANCE

During the period under review, there has been an increase in membership and commitment in our branch.  We have gained twelve new members, ten of which are juniors (i.e. age 10-15) and two seniors (age 16-24).  The group now has 36 members on roll and over 60% of them are juniors.  For this reason the executive has decided that each meeting be split after the roll call into a senior and junior meeting carrying on simultaneously.  The executive agreed that Miss Delores Hobson would be put in charge of the junior meetings.  About twenty-five of our members come to meetings regularly and we also have quite a few visitors coming in from time to time.  The efforts of the members and the Parish Priest, Rev. Isaiah Phillip, who have continually urged parents and guardians to encourage their children to become part of the association, have finally paid off.  The executive is highly pleased with the interest in the association shown by the juniors in particular who have become our top recruiters.
